They’re also super-simple and quick, so an ideal option for those of us on the go or needing a quick pick-me-up for little tummies. This recipe uses our certified organic spinach, banana and blueberries but you can mix, match, and add to your own taste.

These prawns are coated in a beautifully sticky mango chutney made from scratch (which might sound scary but it’s as easy as putting all the ingredients into a saucepan with some water and letting it quietly simmer away while you prepare the prawns - perfect!)

Our certified organic broccoli florets and green beans add colour and nutrition to this meal (and being frozen it’s super-easy to just take what you need from the freezer).
