These prawns are coated in a beautifully sticky mango chutney made from scratch (which might sound scary but it’s as easy as putting all the ingredients into a saucepan with some water and letting it quietly simmer away while you prepare the prawns - perfect!)
Honey Chicken and Broccoli Stirfry
Another great recipe from @leahitsines that is not only delicious but also very easy to prep in advance so all you need to do at dinnertime is get your stirfry on! Our certified organic broccoli florets and green beans add colour and nutrition to this meal (and being frozen it’s super-easy to just take what you need from the freezer). This will become a weekly go-to… enjoy!
