The perfect partner for our organic potato wedges! This creamy dairy-free guacamole and our yummy potato wedges are an easy must-have for any party platter, evening nibbles or snack time, for kids and adults alike.
Makes 1.5 cups of guacamole
Ingredients:
3 whole avocados, halved and peeled/deseeded
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 small handful fresh coriander (optional)
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
1/4 cup coconut milk, canned
1/2 lime, juiced (or to taste)
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add a touch more coconut milk if it needs help blending.
Stop the blender every 30 seconds to scrape down the edges to ensure all the avocado is blended in.
Devour!
