Ingredients
1 frozen banana (a serving of oob frozen banana)
1/2 cup oob frozen mango
large handful of spinach
scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)
dash of coconut water
Method
mix the frozen banana, spinach, frozen mango, protein powder and a dash of coconut water in a high speed blender
with the coconut water start small the n add more if you need to so it's still a thick texture
once blended top with you fav toppings!

blue frog and cathedral cove granola
fix and fogg almond butter
oob frozen raspberries and some banana
chia seeds + shredded coconut
