Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana (a serving of oob frozen banana)

  • 1/2 cup oob frozen mango

  • large handful of spinach

  • scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)

  • dash of coconut water

    Method

  1. mix the frozen banana, spinach, frozen mango, protein powder and a dash of coconut water in a high speed blender

  2. with the coconut water start small the n add more if you need to so it's still a thick texture

  3. once blended top with you fav toppings!

Toppings

  • blue frog and cathedral cove granola

  • fix and fogg almond butter

  • oob frozen raspberries and some banana

  • chia seeds + shredded coconut
