Veges-for-breakfast omelette

Our new vege range means you can now eat oob organic at every meal. How about this omelette packed with green organic goodness, for those mornings where you want to go savoury! 😋

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs

  • 1.5 cups milk

  • 1 tbs butter

  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

  • Half an onion.

  • 1 x cup each of oob organic green beans, broccoli and spinach.

  • Salt & pepper

    Method

  1. Melt butter in pan

  2. Add onion and sauté till translucent

  3. In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper

  4. Then stir in veggies + cheese.

  5. Pour into pan with onion and mix together.

  6. Cook on medium till mixture is bubbling

  7. Then transfer to oven and grill to brown the top.
