RECIPE:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of thawed oob organic frozen cut-leaf spinach
1/2 cup of cooked oob organic frozen garden peas
flesh of one avocado
one lemon, juiced
1/4 cup of shelled pistachio nuts
1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
one bunch of basil (equates to about two packed cups of leaves)
one tablespoon olive oil
two cloves of garlic
one teaspoon salt
one teaspoon sriracha
a crack of pepper
Method:
Add all ingredients to a powerful blender and combine.
You may have to add a little plant-based milk or water if the blender is having trouble!
Serve with pasta or any other way you desire.
