Supergreen Pesto Pasta

RECIPE:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of thawed oob organic frozen cut-leaf spinach

  • 1/2 cup of cooked oob organic frozen garden peas

  • flesh of one avocado

  • one lemon, juiced

  • 1/4 cup of shelled pistachio nuts

  • 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast

  • one bunch of basil (equates to about two packed cups of leaves)

  • one tablespoon olive oil

  • two cloves of garlic

  • one teaspoon salt

  • one teaspoon sriracha 

  • a crack of pepper 

Method:

Add all ingredients to a powerful blender and combine.

You may have to add a little plant-based milk or water if the blender is having trouble!

Serve with pasta or any other way you desire.
