Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Rainbow bright breakfast delight! Kick of the day with this super healthy Blueberry Smoothie Bowl, packed with oob organic frozen blueberries, oob organic frozen mango and oob organic frozen banana. Top off with your favourite granola or fresh fruit.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup (150mL) plant-based milk, such as almond, soy or coconut

  • 2/3 cup (~100g) oob organic frozen blueberries

  • 2/3 cup (~100g) oob organic frozen banana

  • 1/4 cup (~50g) oob organic frozen mango

  • Toppings such as granola, nut butter, or extra fruit


Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until there are no more chunks of fruit. Add more frozen fruit and blend to make the smoothie thicker. Add more milk and blend to make the smoothie thinner.

  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl. Top with desired toppings and enjoy immediately.
