Ingredients
- 1 bag oob organic diced mango
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 tablespoon finely grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon good quality vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup water
Method
- Allow the mango pieces to thaw for at least 1 hour
- Place all ingredients into a blender and process until silky smooth
- store in a large jar in the fridge for up to 1 week
